What is the maximum number of people allowed in the townhome?

The villa holds 6 people in 3 bedrooms comfortably.

Are smoking or pets allowed?

For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the villa which is fitted with smoke detectors which are linked to our security company. No pets are allowed.

How far away are the main attractions?

Venetian Bay is only 15 minutes rom Walt Disney World, Sea World is 15 minutes away and Universal 30 minutes.

How do we locate/enter the property?

Directions and keypad entry code will be sent to you 2-3 weeks before arrival.

Will we have to bring bed linen/towels etc.?

The townhome is fully equipped for all your likely holiday requirements. Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided. A small initial supply of washing powder/dish washer powder/toilet rolls etc. are provided which you will have to top-up as required.

What services are provided?

The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival.

Completing the on-line booking form is the most convenient way but you can also email/phone or write if you prefer.

What if your townhome is not available or I require additional accommodation?

We have a four bedroom townhome on Venetian Bay also.
