I must say how impressed we were with the house, Andy was very tempted to find out if any of the newly built ones were for sale but we just ran out of time, so much to do so little time! Just got back and wanted to say, that after renting private homes in and around the Orlando/Kissimmee area for the last four years, yours has got to be one of the best locations. We just returned home from a week's stay at Kay's 3 bedroom townhouse. Everything was exactly as described, if not better! Having our three year old daughter with us, it was nice to escape the hectic theme park atmosphere and have a quiet place to return to in the evenings. The very short drive to the attractions was easy to navigate. Kay has been very helpful and the communication was wonderful. When we return for our next vacation, we will definitely be booking at Kay's again.

feel I have met a good friend through renting your 3 bed villa which was most comfortable. Our daughter, Hollie who is 8, accidently left some small gifts at the Villa and Kay has been brilliant at tracing them and sending them on to us in Scotland. Nothing has been too much trouble for Kay and the customer service and support she has given us beats anything that Disney can do. Best wishes - hope to rent from you again soon.

Dear Kay, just to let you know that we arrived back in England safely it is pooring with rain and a little cooler than Florida, missing it already, we certainly coming back .
